2014 has come to an end and 2015 has begun. 2014 was fun. Miranda and I went to Anime Midwest. It was our first time going to it. We had a good time there. It could have been better. The Staff could have done a better job with the Autograph lines. At one point it was the staff that was holding up the autograph line for Gteg Ayres. Greg's Autograph was the last one on the last day of convention. He was a bit late to it. By the time that we got just a few people away from Greg. The covention started packing up. It was pretty much over. I went ahead and stepped out of the line. I got a little tired of waiting in line. Miranda was able to get her stuff signed. We were in big hurry to gather our stuff up and to start heading back to the train. Oh yeah I forgot to menchin that this time we took the train to the covention. We would normally drive or take Mega Bus. To get to the train we had to take the Blue Line Metro back to downtown Chicago. By the time we got back to the Union Station we were roughly 3 minutes late. So the train would most likely already left the station and on it's way back to the station. We get to the counter and the lady behind the desk told us that the train already left and the next train would be sometime early tommorrow. We started to walk away from the counter when another station worker said that our train was still at the station. It turns out that the train was delayed and cause of the delay we were able to board the train. We were really lucky. Another Anime Convention we went to was Anime Getaway. It was a day long convention. I had work early that day. I was able to get the day off for later that day, so I could go to the convention. I was somewhat tired during the convention. I work Third Shift at my work. For me it was pretty much like trying to stay up all night, but the other way around. After I got off from work I drove up to the convention early in the morning. I got off work at 7 AM. On the way up to the convention I saw that the area around me had some morning fog. It kind of gave it a spooky look. It would have been cool if it was Halloween that day. I got the to motel that I booked for the night. It was called America's Best Value Inn. The place wasn't good nor was it the best. The shower wouldn't drain the water. The AC looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The next day I was told that the room we were in was the best room they had. One of the last guest that stayed in the room. Stayed there for about 6 months. Miranda got a ride up to convention with a friend. She was staying at friend's house the night before the con. Her friend's name is Harley. We went to Todd Haberkorn's panel. He said that he got a call for a role. He wasn't allwed to go into detail about it. He said that it has 2 seasons. It's most likely going to be Free!, since Funimation announced that it was going to be dubbed. OH wait! it was already announced. Yeah, he got called for a role in Free! Eternal Summer. He is going to be the voice of Haru. That should be interesting. Back to talking about the convention. He also showed a clip of Fan maded Star Trek show that he is apart of. It continues where the Original Series left off. After his panel he was doing an Autograph session. It was the longest wait ever. I'm surprised that I didn't pass out from the wait. After a few hours of waiting Harley had to go to a Homestuck Panel that she was part of. I decided to give up my autograph so I could get her item signed, so She could go do the panel. It was another hour before we be standing infront of the Haberkorn. Later we went to a K-Pop panel and saw some music videos. The rest of the day was prettty uneventful. That's some of the stuff that happened in 2014. A lot of the other things are going to see a movie, hanging out with friends, and going to work. This near year there are some things I would like to do or alteast attempt to do. I'm going to try to greatly decrease the how much I eat fast food. I need to eat healthier. I'll need to go to the grocery store more often. Also want to try to go to the Science Center in St Louis with Miranda. She hasn't been to it yet. Oh I got to make sure that it's during a time when a good movie is at their Omni Max Therater. I had a love/hate thing with the Omni Max. At the Start of the show there was an introduction that felt like a rollercoaster. I'm a big fan of Rollercosters. The only on rollercoaster that I can somewhat handle riding is the Mine Train at Six Flags. I'm also going to try to be more active on my YouTube Channel. Hopefully 2015 has some interesting game releases. I would like to try to go to Wizard World this year. I've been wanting to go. There's other convention I wish I could go to as well. I would like to go to E3. Unfortunatly that one is way out of my price range. This might be an interesting year. Hopefully it's filled with excitement and some random fun.
